Four things one should never do in the midst of severe jet
lag:
1.
Get upset that you’re wide-awake at 2 am.
2. Try to
catch up on e-mails with an unreliable wireless source that cuts out just before
“send.”
3.
Think you should use the time from 2 am to 7am to
start writing a book.
4.
Write a blog.
